4. User Accounts and Registration

To use Qronic AI, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

Complete Plan: $99/month for high-risk or complex conditions

By subscribing to a plan, you agree to:

Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
Automatic recurring billing on a monthly basis
Price changes with 30 days' notice
No refunds for partial months, except as required by law

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change our pricing with advance notice.

6. Acceptable Use

We are not liable for any health outcomes or medical consequences resulting from use of the Service

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChronicGPT Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your violation of any rights of another party
Any content or data you submit or transmit through the Service

11. Termination

Either party may terminate your access to the Service at any time:
